A — Terms of Service

By placing an order with Traffic Masters you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. These terms govern all campaigns and purchases made through traffic-masters.net.

1. Service Description

Traffic Masters is a digital media buying platform. We distribute targeted advertising campaigns across a curated global network of publisher sites. Customers purchase campaign packages specifying their ad channel, audience targeting, reach volume, and destination URL. Delivery is tracked and verified through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

2. Payment

All campaigns must be paid for in full before delivery begins. We accept major credit and debit cards and cryptocurrency. Payments are processed securely. By completing a purchase you authorise Traffic Masters to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

3. Campaign Delivery

Campaigns are reviewed and typically go live within 24 hours of payment clearing. Delivery is distributed gradually over your chosen campaign period to maintain natural engagement patterns. Traffic Masters does not guarantee a specific start time, as delivery depends on publisher availability at the time of your order. We guarantee that your full purchased volume will be delivered or a credit will be issued — see the Refund Policy below.

4. Delivery Tracking

All campaign delivery is tracked and verified through Google Analytics 4. You must have GA4 installed on your destination URL before your campaign begins. Traffic Masters is not responsible for misconfigured, missing, or incorrectly installed analytics. Third-party counters and tools other than GA4 may not accurately reflect delivery volumes and are not used as a basis for dispute resolution.

Traffic Masters will not deliver campaigns to destinations that contain, promote, or link to any of the following:

Traffic Masters reserves the right to reject or suspend any campaign at its sole discretion if the destination URL is found to violate these conditions. In such cases, a credit will be issued for any undelivered volume.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your destination URL is correct at the time of ordering. URLs cannot be changed after a campaign has been created. Traffic Masters is not liable for campaigns delivered to an incorrect URL submitted by the client. You are also responsible for ensuring your web hosting is capable of handling your chosen campaign volume. Traffic Masters is not liable for server downtime, bandwidth limits, or technical issues on the client's hosting environment.

7. No Guarantee of Conversions

Traffic Masters guarantees delivery of your purchased impression volume, verified through GA4. We do not guarantee sales, sign-ups, leads, search engine rankings, or any specific business outcome resulting from your campaign.

8. Campaign Data Retention

Campaign statistics are retained on our servers for 30 days after the campaign concludes. It is the client's responsibility to review and record their GA4 data during this period. Traffic Masters is not liable for data that is no longer available after this window.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Traffic Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10. Changes to Terms

Traffic Masters reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

B — Refund Policy

Unused Campaigns

A full refund will be issued for campaigns that have not yet started, provided a refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Active or Completed Campaigns

Once a campaign has been activated and delivery has begun, it is no longer eligible for a monetary refund. If delivery falls short of your purchased volume for reasons within Traffic Masters' control, a credit will be issued to your account for the undelivered portion, redeemable against a future campaign.

Cryptocurrency Purchases

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, purchases made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable. Credits may be issued at Traffic Masters' discretion for undelivered volume on cryptocurrency-funded campaigns.

Chargebacks

We ask that clients contact our support team at support@traffic-masters.com before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Traffic Masters reserves the right to decline future orders from clients where a chargeback has been filed without prior contact.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@traffic-masters.com with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within one business day.
